1. General Information

Ohwellgo is the name of a personal website created and operated by Nicolás Gómez, a travel experience designer affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. ("Fora"). Ohwellgo is not a registered company or legal entity. All travel bookings, payments, and transactions are processed securely through Fora's platform in accordance with Fora's agency policies and procedures.

By accessing or using this website, you ("Client," "Traveler," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the website or engaging my services.

2. Scope of Services

Through Ohwellgo, I provide custom travel design and advisory services, including:

• Personalized trip design and itinerary recommendations
• Booking assistance for hotels, resorts, and experiences offered through Fora's travel partners and suppliers
• Support in connecting clients with travel insurance options (purchased separately)

All accommodations, experiences, and properties featured in any itinerary are independent third parties and subject to their own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Ohwellgo and I are not responsible for the performance, quality, or conditions of any property, service provider, or experience booked through Fora.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

Because Ohwellgo and I are not responsible for refunds or reimbursements related to hotel, flight, or experience cancellations, I strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance—either through Ohwellgo, via Fora, or independently (e.g., through a credit card provider or external insurance company).

Travel insurance helps protect against unforeseen situations such as illness, weather disruptions, or property cancellation policies.

5. Itinerary Presentation

Each client receives up to four (4) itinerary proposal presentations during the design process. Each proposal is intended to be reviewed and refined collaboratively until the desired itinerary is achieved.

Additional presentations beyond the fourth may incur extra service fees, discussed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Group, Event, and Corporate Travel

For groups of more than eight (8) travelers, as well as corporate trips, destination weddings, honeymoons, or other special events, I will provide a personalized proposal outlining my professional design fees and service scope based on the complexity and requirements of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ohwellgo and I act solely as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers (including hotels, experience operators, and transportation providers). Therefore, I am not liable for:

• Any injury, damage, loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers
• Changes in pricing, availability, or quality of accommodations or services
• Acts of nature, strikes, or other events beyond my control

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, photos, designs, and itineraries—is the intellectual property of Nicolás Gómez and Ohwellgo. It may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal data shared through Ohwellgo or Fora is handled securely and only used to provide travel design services. For information on data protection and payment security, please refer to Fora's Privacy Policy at www.foratravel.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
